To prepare for the 4th graders, Nikol and I went to Tuesday tutorial on Mr. Bursch’s room. We would discuss the topics and techniques for teaching the kids. Once Nikol and I decided we wanted to do the worm activity, we began researching the FBI and some cool worm facts! I was really glad that we did the worm station because I think worms are pretty cool, and I thought the kids would like it too. Nikol and I prepared some posters and some topics to talk about, so we felt all set for the teaching day. Biret really helped us come up with ideas and stay calm even though it was stressful. Nikol is a great partner for Biosite because she’s good with kids and we work well together. After everything was ready to go and we were all prepared, the 4th graders came!
