To prepare for biosite; every tuesday we came to the classroom to go through all the activities yourself. We then got our notebooks to take some notes on what we wanted to change about each activity to better suit the fourth graders. After our first meeting we started to learn about the activities we teach to the fourth graders. We first looked at the compost activity outside and talked about the different ways we could make it more interesting. Then we did the seed dissection and plant parts we eat activity. We didn’t really have time to look and learn about the chickens. After we went through all the activities; we chose our groups and started planning our lesson. We got more excited when we got our backpacks because we can finally see our plan coming together
