The entirety of the project was a very beneficial experience. The hardest part of teaching both groups was keeping the groups of kids quiet at all times, some groups were worse than others, and it was difficult to get things done or teach them. However, once the children did quiet down, the once rowdy group turned their energy into excitement for learning about chickens. It was definitely a fun opportunity to get to teach the fourth graders and they too were having a super fun time, learning about chickens, getting to teach them, and observe them. I am so glad that I decided to do this project and actually feel like I did an amazing job, and managed to have fun while doing so too!
