As a veteran biositer, if you will, I was excited to be back again. I felt like the lessons were much more educational and made me feel much more prepared for teaching. I felt like even though I missed a few meetings due to an absence, I felt very prepared. Burett did an excellent job teaching about the watershed and gave us really good materials to execute my lesson plans,
Creating my team's lesson plan was slightly difficult as we created a lesson plan that was way to rigid at first. However, we were able to turn it into a more fluid and flexible. It ended up working much better than the original lesson plan because we collaborated rather than just one person deciding what everyone would do in the lesson. Throughout some struggles, my team was able to be more unified and worked well during the teaching day.
