At first I was pretty nervous, but as soon as I began teaching I was social, happy, and wanted the kids to open up more. For the most part they were quiet and shy but by the end of the lesson they were laughing and opening up more. I had lots of fun, especially since I was with friends. I also bumped into my 4th grade teacher which just made me more nervous as I presented. We did have a group that was pretty loud and crazy but we managed to keep them quiet and calm so that the other groups wouldn't be bothered. Something I'd like to change is that next time our group should discuss how much time one part of the lesson would take. I wanted the kids to label the different part of the Worm Anatomy but since Tate had a longer part I had to speed through the lesson. Despite the minor problems I faced, I had lots of fun and I believe this was a great experience.
