When the day came for me to teach the kids on the first Friday I got very sick and could not teach on the first day but I was confident that I would do great the next day. Well when that last Friday came I was so excited to start. I have worked with kids of all ages and knew this would be a piece of cake. This day went well overall. The kids got to dissect a seed both soft and hard, and had a good time. Then we played a game with them to get them more engaged in the activity and finally we had them do a Frankenstein plant and look through a microscope. Overall it was very calm, my group members were great too. We all worked very hard and the kids learned all they needed to about our station and about plants we eat.
