BioSITE went very well and smooth. I wouldn't have thought they'd be interested in a compost pile but surprisingly they were. They had loads of fun with our activities such as bingo, decomposition timeline and searching through the pile to find live bugs! Many of them knew a lot about compost already and the purpose of a compost pile. I think more time would have been better for the kids so they didn't feel rushed into different things and everything would have been much smoother but we can't make the rain stop. All in all , we all had fun doing it and it was very educational for all of us as well.
