Preparing

           I worked with the the compost team. My team and I took careful steps to prepare for the fourth grade field trip. We were having difficulties in the beginning when we were trying to get our activities together. In the end we decided to do a scavenger hunt bingo game, and if we had enough time we were going to do a compost timeline. One of our teammates created a bingo sheet online in google docs. And for the trashcan timeline we used already made cards from the adults that organized the event. On the day of the field trip, we gave the kids shovels and gloves for when they were digging in the compost. We used trays and magnifigning glasses for looking at the creatures they found up close.
