Overall Experience

The day of the BioSITE field trip, I was feeling very anxious to meet the kids and to teach them everything I learned about the chickens. I felt it was a great experience to be apart of, and loved see the kids awe in amazement with there curious minds. During the stations I felt they went to fast, and there wasn't enough time to speak about all the information I hope to share, but we made sure every kid got to feed the chicken at least once before they had to move to their next station. I was glad to see all the kids getting involved in every activity, and overall I was happy with the turnout. I felt a little distressed when it began to rain, and knew we weren't going to get to our last group. Overall it was a great experience to be apart of, I hope to do something like this again next year.
