Overall Experience

Overall this experience was very fun. I had a lot of fun teaching the 4th graders and sharing something that I was very interested in. I have always been interested in the flower dissection and I thought it was really cool to share that experience with them. I was very surprised that the 4th graders were really interested in the dissection because I thought they wouldn't care very much about it. Everyone participated and everyone would work together. The first round was a little awkward because the 4th graders didn't talk much, but Matt and I helped get them to open up. Once we got rolling we were running out of time because the students were having so much fun working with the materials. Again it was a fun experience and I think the 4th graders thought it was fun as well.
