BioSITE Preparation

In preparation for the big day, we had a set of meetings in Mr.Bursch's classroom that took place during tutorial. During these meetings we got learned many ways to interact with 4th graders, and then we got placed into groups, I chose to do compost. Once I got put into a group, we worked collaboratively and creatively to create the best lesson plan for our excited 4th graders. For my group I created a worksheet called Compost bingo, the worksheet was also used by other compost groups. On the worksheet there was a scavenger hunt, and to know what to search for there was a list. In order to find out what, there was an unscrambling. I must give credit to all my teachers who prepare lessons for 180 days of school, there lessons are even more complex. My simple worksheet took me an hour to create.
