Overall, Biosite went well. It was fun teaching the fourth graders. I expected them to find using a microscope boring, but they seemed genuinely interested in learning. They were really eager to dissect the flowers which was good. I was surprised that the fourth graders knew so much about microscopes and plants. A lot of them knew most of the parts of the flower before we even told them. Some of them even knew how to use the microscopes. The dissection went great. The fourth graders seemed to like looking at the flowers under a microscope. It was good that they were having fun using the microscopes while they were learning.
